Alaskan halibut, king salmon, fluke, diver scallops, mango, avocado, cucumber, red onion, scallions and chives. Marinated in lemon juice.
Served with toasted coriander seed/olive oil condiment and finished with of course Gustavo’s Chipotle Salsa
